PeachyMango (“we”, “our”) is the artist site and identity of Franck Martin. This policy describes how we handle your information on peachymango.org and in connection with our releases and products, including the Sonic Zen Spheres app for Apple Vision Pro.

We do not require an account to use this site. We may collect limited data as follows.

Cookies and analytics

• Cookie consent. We show a banner so you can accept or refuse optional cookies. Your choice is stored locally (e.g. in your browser) and we respect it.
• If you accept: We may load Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (e.g. pages visited, general location). We may also load scripts for our mailing list (Mailchimp) so we can offer a signup popup after you’ve viewed a few pages. Google and Mailchimp have their own privacy policies.
• If you refuse: We do not load analytics or Mailchimp scripts. The site works normally without them.

We do not sell your data. We use analytics only to improve the site and, if you choose to subscribe, to send updates about music and releases.

If you subscribe to our mailing list (e.g. via Mailchimp), we store your email and use it only to send news and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.

Sonic Zen Spheres (Vision Pro app)

Sonic Zen Spheres is an immersive spatial-audio experience for Apple Vision Pro. We do not collect personal data inside the app.

• No account required. You do not sign in to use the app.
• No data we collect. We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, email, or usage data from the app to our servers.
• Apple App Store. Downloading or purchasing the app is handled by Apple. Apple may collect data as described in their Privacy Policy and App Store privacy practices. We do not control that data.

If Sonic Zen Spheres is updated to use optional features (e.g. optional cloud sync or social features), we will update this policy and describe them here.

Third parties

When you use our site or follow links, you may interact with:

• Google Analytics — if you accepted cookies; see Google’s privacy policy.
• Mailchimp — for the mailing list; see Mailchimp’s privacy policy.
• Apple — for Vision Pro app distribution and purchases; see Apple’s privacy policy.
• Patreon, Bandcamp, shop, streaming services — when you follow links from our site, their own privacy policies apply.
