The power of wireless for tourist businesses

It seems it is always the people that had a bad experience that will make it a mission to write reviews. I started to stop reading reviews on Yelp, because they are not helping me to choose a place. Each place has its shortcomings. I then get the fear of getting the same experience in these bad reviews, so I tend lately to prefer to check places on Foursquare, see if my contacts have been there and if they came back... It works well overseas too, they do the research and I just need to trust them...

So how do you improve the odds of people liking your service, to write about it? They do have a mobile, they could use it to post reviews, photos, comments,... only if they had Internet.

You won't stop the bad reviews but you may get more good reviews on the spur of the moment...

I went on a day cruise to a small island off the mainland in Fiji. The cruise was awesome, swimming with fishes above the coral (where is my mind?), have barbeque, sun tan, massages... Awesome, but I was on a roaming plan, like many of the other overseas tourists. No question to upload anything to the Internet (wish you were here).
