Internet experience
Tuvalu ISP
I have designed and installed the sole ISP in Tuvalu. I have also advised the government of Tuvalu in some of the aspects of the ccTLD TV.KI ccTLD
I have advised the government of Kiribati on how to proceed in the running of the KI ccTLD. After attribution of the contract to TSKL, I have designed, and installed the ccTLD for KI. I have developed a ccTLD management software for this specific task.NR ccTLD

Free Software
Tikiwiki
Lead developer of Tikimaps, an interface between Tikiwiki and Mapserver to marry maps and wiki. This is a unique concept of building a community and web site development around interactive maps. I'm currently deploying this application in 14 Pacific Islands Countries, making it the first e-government application in many countries.Documents and Papers
